Pho 79

Decent pho place. Broth was ok, the meat was ok, wish there was more meat tho. I ordered #26 I think which has everything in it but they don't give you much tripe or tendon and they are cut very small so you really miss the flavor and feel of them. They give you plenty of bean sprouts, lime, and mint to put into your soup. Ok clean for a pho place. Probably wouldn't come again.

I came here based on reviews online, but it citysearch reviews did me wrong this time. Their pho tastes like dental equipment, but that's just my opinion. However, I did like their spring rolls, but you cant really mess up on that except for the sauce, which was decent.

Pho 79 is well known because it is one of the first original chains in SoCal. The food here is decent, but it's not that great. If you want good pho, try Pho 87 or Pho 999.
