O'Charley's

This location is lucky they can get one star even! First off when I walk in and there are people complaining about the service I should have been weary. But the main concern is that I called in an order for a fried chicken salad, they said 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and still sat inside for another 12 waiting to receive my order! Then I didn't think about checking on my food since it took so long and come to realize then that they got my order wrong after repeating it to me on the phone! I will give them one good review that the manager did get it fixed and out to me within the 10 minutes he said! But, other than that this was the worst service I have ever had at any restraunt ever!

As the other reviewer mentioned, this restaurant is another in a long line of chain restaurants. But, having said that, I did find it to be one with a very wide menu selection, clean, comfortable facilities and courteous waitstaff. My companions and I each tried something different and none of us had anything bad to say about the food. The waitress was attentive, but not overly so. She was even okay with us sitting and chatting for a whild on a busy Sunday afternoon. All in all, the next time I'm in the mood for something but am not sure exactly what, I'll have no problem returning to O'Charley's for that meal.
